Advocate Pravin Sharma

Adv. Pravin Sharma is an alumni of Delhi University. After graduating in Science, he earned his law L.L.B degree in 1986 from the DU.

Right from the beginning he got associated with cases related to Central Excise and Customs and later on in the Service Tax. He has been providing consulting to the small, medium and large companies in the Delhi and Northern States for close to three decades.

He has been at the fore front in sharing knowledge through industry association platforms and has been associated with FISME, IIA and other industry bodies in NCR for years.

He regularly represents clients in cases related to indirect taxes before the Appellate, the Tribunal, High Courts and the Supreme Court.

Now he is also providing consultancy on GST matters.
